1. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures
2. What is your terms of payment?
Usually,we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% deposit,full payment before delivery the goods.
3. What is the lead time?
It usually takes 40 to 50 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
4. What is your terms of packing?
We usually provide white mount inside box , use customer color label, can also according to the requirements of the customer do the sealing layer 3 of white or yellow paper inside the box.Carton with 5 layer to strengthen the export standard white or yellow box. The customer order quantity to reach 500pcs, can be provided free of charge color box and design .

6. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

Spray paint at least reached 60pcs, electroplating reached 100pcs.
8. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

10.How do you control the quality?
Our products from design to material selection, to shape will pass by raw material /polishing/inspection/paint/plating/review/narrow&wide voltage aging test /packaging/final inspection etc. Every process go through strict inspection/ re-inspection/ sampling inspection/ final inspection
