A5:We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. Also we can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct the installation.

A6:The standard warranty is 2 years. It could be longer upon request.
Q7:Do you provide any free spare parts in each order?
A7:Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free, spare parts including led module, power cable, signal cable, LED lamp, IC, mask, power supply, receiving card, etc.

A8: During the packaging process, preventive measures will be taken by us to assure that the goods are in a good condition during storage and delivery.

A10: Screen size can be customized based on your demand.

A11: We have professional international after-sales technical support who can teach you after choosing our goods.

A12: We mainly use Novastar, but Colorlight, Mooncell, and other led display system is compatiable.
Q13: Can you provide installation structures?
A13: Yes, we can provide installation structures for wall-mounted and stacking installation.
Q14: Do you test your LED screen before shipping?
A14: Yes, we do 100% product ageing test for 72 hours before package and shipping.
Q15: What will you do if we have problems related to installation, configuration and use?
A15: Our after-sale service team will solve all the problems, until the screen can work normally.
Q16. What is your terms of payment?
A16: T/T in advance,30% as deposit, 70% before delivery.
Q17. Do you accept O/A payment terms?
A17: Yes, for old and stable customers, we can discuss about O/A.

A18: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, DDU, customer specified freight forwarder or negotiable mode of transport.
