Main Performance Feature
1. Template using finite element analysis design, structure, technology is more reasonable, good rigidity, high strength.
2. High-performance servo motor, fast response, stable performance servo power system, equipped with high precision sensitive pressure feedback device, stroke closed-loop precision control.
3. Machine cover plate adopts new design, beautiful and generous; Nozzle protection cover, double protection cover for melt bucket, safe operation.
4. Pressure relief oil pump and volume distribution lubrication system, fixed point quantitative oil supply, to ensure full lubrication of each moving part, the machine runs smoothly and parts long service life.
5. All parts of the clamping column frame are molded by CNC with high precision. Hinge edge, steel department adopts Japanese alloy material, special heat treatment, high wear resistance, long service life, hydraulic transmission gear adjustment mechanism, stable and accurate adjustment.
