Product Description
YQB series LPGP of liquefied petroleum gas pumps produced by our company are mainly used for transporting liquefied petroleum gas, propylene, liquid ammonia, or transporting various volatile liquids and petroleum products with similar properties.
The pump is a positive displacement vane pump, its structure is advanced, the stator surface is composed of composite curves, both ends of the mechanical seal, the fixed match end face are using "O" type sealing ring, the rotating movement of the matching parts are metal relative non-metal, with the use of safe and reliable, a multi-purpose function.
The pump type is positive displacement vane pump, the work depends on the centrifugal sliding of the blade, the flow rate is related to the speed of the shaft, the stator internal surface is made of domestic original composite curve, the stator and rotor, baffle, blade composed of ten sealing cavity, because the stator surface is a composite curve, when the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet cavity gradually increases, and the formation of negative pressure to produce suction, so as to suck the oil. When the rotor is rotated at a certain Angle, the volume section is gradually reduced, so that the oil is hydraulic out, and there is an oil block between the oil suction chamber and the oil pressure chamber.
The blade is closely fitted with the inner surface of the stator by centrifugal force and two-baffle structure, so that the pump can work normally under rated state.
