Instructions:

1.Before testing,use a blood sedimentation test tube (with a built-in 3.8% soalum citrate aaative) to colect acertain amount of blood samples, mix it with the additives in time, and place it on the horizontally placed Weisserythrocyte sedimentation rack.

2.Insert the piston end of theESR tube slowly and vertically downward into the ESR tube. The seal between thepiston and the ESR tube causes the blood sample to slowly rise along the ESR tube and accurately reach the "o" scale to stop the operation. Note: In order to ensure the accuracy of the reading, it must be ensured that the ESR tube touches the bottom ofthe ESR tube, and the ESR tube remains vertically upright on the Weiss erythrocyte rack.

3.Observe the plasma height in theESR tube after standing for 1 hour, and report the erythrocyte sedimentationvalue in millimeters of erythrocyte sinking.

4.Safety protection work should be done during the operation. After completing the test, blood samples andconsumables should be properly handled to prevent pollution to people and the environment.
