Product Description
STABLE is a new bridge coordinate measuring machine developed by Sirui. With its excellent design and technical innovation, it improves accuracy while expanding travel and saving cost. STABLE adopts all-aluminum frame, precision triangular beam and integral dovetail guide rail, combined with computer-aided design finite element analysis and modularization principle, which greatly improves the stability of the overall structure and significantly reduces the influence of micro-deformation, vibration and temperature gradient on the measurement accuracy. As a result, STABLE exhibits good repeatability and long-term stability during measurement.
Technological advantage
All-cemented aluminum mechanical frame: The alloy aluminum density is small, which helps to improve the dynamic performance of the measuring machine while ensuring the accuracy, thereby improving the measurement efficiency. The all-aluminum frame is easy to achieve the consistency of the material, and can ensure the consistency of the deformation of each part when the temperature changes, making the accuracy more accurate and reliable;
Precision triangular beam bridge design: The triangular beam has the best structural rigidity ratio to provide higher accuracy, long-term stability and higher dynamic performance. The triangular structure is stable, the rigidity is increased by 25% compared with the traditional design, the center of gravity of the X-direction guide is reduced by 50%, and the running speed is faster, the area is smaller, and the thermal stability is better.
Integral dovetail guide: Precision machined integral dovetail guide, three-sided closed loop, provides the most stable structure in the industry, the guide rail is directly machined on the platform, and the platform is integrated to avoid structural deformation caused by split bonding. The structure is simple and compact, and the structure is more stable, rigid and maintainable under the same weight and size.
Flexible pneumatic balance: Unique pneumatic balance technology, the use of flexible suspension system, to avoid the interference between the axial movement and the transmission system, improve the accuracy of the measuring machine and long-term stability;
RationalDMIS software: certified by PTB, ANSI, ISO and GB standards, it is always synchronized with advanced standards and advanced design concepts, and fully supports the internationally popular I++ control protocol. Friendly and simple software interface, seamless connection with CAD data, 100% graphical visualization from measurement to output report.
