Embedding cassettes are widely used in the pre-processing of histopathological samples. They are specially designed to safely contain histopathological specimens. They are used for tissue embedding before paraffin sections in hospital or laboratory pathological examinations, and carry tissue samples during the embedding process for processing, embedding, tissue sectioning and storage.
