Laminar Flow Air Purifier for Operating Room
Laminar flow purification and disinfection machine is composed of medium-efficiency filter, fan, UV germicidal lamps and high-efficiency filter. Fan circulates air through every modules in the machine. Through UV disinfection and HEPA filtration, polluted air is cleaned.
Disinfection principle
* UV + HEPA 13
* Use high intensity UV rays to penetrate microorganisms, destroy protein structure to eliminate them.
* High efficiency HEPA 13 reducing microbes with size >0.3μm.
Function
* Running machine for 60 min in 150 m3 room, >90% airborne microorganisms can be eliminated.
* Running machine for 60 min in 150 m3 room, airborne particles amount (≥0.5 micron) size is ≤352000/m³, particles with size >5 micron ≤2930/m³, conform to GB 50333-2013 Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department.
Application Scope
Applied to rooms accommodating patients suffering from burn, hematonosis, respiratory disease and other immunocompromised patients. Common wards with laminar flow machine installed can be an alternative to common operating room for its achieving cleanliness class 10,000 within 150 m3 room.
