1. Product Description:
Glass autoclave is a kind of key equipment, which is used for glass deep-processing. To achieve the safety demands of laminated glass through the pressure and heat treatment process. Besides power driven, pneumatic ways to open the door, it also has the safety interlock. There are heating elements for warming & forcing and cooling device inside of the autoclave. It will automatic control and detect the opening and closing doors, temperature, pressure in autoclave by PLC controller, which is the glass workpiece precess.

3. Equipment constitutes
The equipment is made up of two subsystem of independent function.
1)Body
A horizontal pressure equipment with electrical opening structure,there are heating element and cooling device inside,in the body also arranged circular duct and trolley track, the body is equipped with door opening safety interlock device, implement autoclave's door opening triple protection.
2) Control system
The system can be divided into two type:one is manual control system;another is auto control system,they can be equipped according to the user's requirement.Control the opening/closing and heating process automatically by the system,the autoclave is equipped with the instrument which is used to control automatically,temperature and pressure can be adjusted according to process requirements ,it is very safe with the overpressure and over-temperature alarm system
