We Ningbo ZHAOSHUN Company specializes in manufacturing aluminum LED light housing part with cold-chamber die casting machine, mold and different models of aluminium materials. The fit aluminium is purchased and then melted in high temperature heating. After the mold is clamped, then the robtic arm ladle the molten aluminum from container into the shot chamber of machine. Then the machine plunger moves forward and force the molten aluminum into mold. After a few seconds in the mold, the molten aluminum will be cooled and will be formed to light housing shape as required. Then the machine will open mold and eject the light housing. Then the robtic arm will take out the light housing for coming processing: trimming, grinding, heat treatment, shot blasting, sand blasting, surface treatment and so on.
Our die casting machine is able to make various shapes of light housing up to heavy weight.
