


Manufacturing Process

1. Preheated urea pellets (at a temperature of 71~82C) are introduced into the horizontal drum.
2. Molten sulfur yellow (about 143'C) is sprayed on the urea granules and quickly cured, the average thickness of the sulfur yellow inside the coating is about 40 microns.
3. A polymerized wax sealant is wrapped around the sulfur yellow to seal small holes and cracks in the sulfur yellow.
4. In order to improve the operation and storage performance of the product can also be wrapped outside the sealant and then a certain amount (generally accounted for 2% to 3% of the total weight) of the conditioning agent (such as diatomaceous earth, talcum powder, clay, etc.).
