BW-1000/12 mud pump is a horizontal, triplex, single acting reciprocation piston pump. It can be driven by diesel engine, electric motor or hydraulic motor, and it is reliable and agile and simple for operation. It can be controlled at close range or long-distance. It also has many other merits such as compact structure, running smoothly, large-scale variable rates of flow, high output pressures, longer service life of the wearing parts and steady performance, good intensity and rigidity, plentiful standard parts and interchangeable parts and so on.
The pump has 5 shifts to give birth to 5 different discharge and pressure, and its parameters are reasonable to meet different construction process demands. It is mainly used to match horizontal directional pipe laying drilling machine that is 100t or so, also it can meet the needs of construction for water well and earth heat, superficial layer oil drilling and mine drainage
