Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. However, we accept lower quantities of your trial orders.
2. Can I get a sample?
Are you sure. We usually provide existing samples free of charge. But custom designs require a small sample fee. When the order reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee is refundable.
3. How long is the sample delivery time?
For existing samples, 1-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, depending on whether your design requires a new printed screen etc.
4. How long is the production lead time?
The MOQ takes 30-45 days.
5. If I want my own design, what format do you need for the file?
We have our own team of designers. So, you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc.
6. How many colors are available?
We use the Pantone matching system to match colors.
