RAYCUS laser source
Using RAYCUS Source, the electro-optical conversion efficiency is high, the single-module continuous fiber laser can achieve sustainable high-power output, and the second-generation fiber transmission system is used for cutting. The cutting is more stable and precise, and the cutting seam of the cut plate is narrower, with obvious advantages. The modular design is easier to maintain and can be operated maintenance-free.
Laser cutting head
RAYTOOLS laser cutting head can flexibly adjust the scale to unify the zero focus position, and no longer worry about adjusting process parameters. The efficient water-cooled focusing lens and collimating lens nozzle have built-in cooling function, which perfectly solves the problem of cutting heat.
Control system
Using the Cypcut laser control system and an external wireless handle, it supports advanced functions such as finding the edge of the workpiece, auto-focus control, double shuttle, breakpoint positioning, QR code generation, and residual material segmentation. It is easy to operate and stable in operation. It can provide fine cutting technology and highlight high-quality cutting effects.
S&A water chiller
Use S&A special domain water chiller, multiple alarm functions, all-round protection of laser, equipped with water pressure gauge: convenient to observe the water pressure of the water pump; add drain valve: convenient for drainage; high-precision temperature control system, dual temperature control circulation refrigeration function, two independent temperature control systems cooling at the same time, better effect.
Servo motor
The XYZ axis is driven by a high-power servo motor, and the XY axis is used with a planetary reducer, which has higher precision, fast positioning, lower noise and higher processing efficiency.
Gantry & Frame
The aluminum alloy gantry bracket is manufactured according to aviation-grade standards. After aging treatment, it has higher strength. The frame is formed by integral steel mold and die-casting technology. The equipment runs faster. The thickened bed frame is used, and the rectangular tube wall thickness is 10mm. The entire bed is processed by gantry milling, which greatly increases the stability of the guide rail and effectively avoids deformation of the frame.
Automatic rotating shaft
Using a large diameter metal tube fully automatic rotating shaft, it can be used to cut round tubes and square tubes, and can also control the rotation angle to cut patterns on the tube.The rotating axis is designed with double pneumatic chucks, which can cut pipes with a diameter of 20-300mm.
