YAG Laser Welder Main Advantages
1. Adopting imported ceramic condenser cavity, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, long service life. The laser power feedback control system ensures the stability of laser energy output.
2. Motic microscope observation operation, small parts at a glance. LCD interface, current, pulse width, frequency display function, dial to adjust the work table, more convenient for operation.
3. Device is equipped with high-definition CCD and red double-positioning systems, higher positioning accuracy.
4. X/Y platform design sports flexible, able to complete a one-time combination welding curves, straight, single-point, and other complex processes. Joystick control, work can be any arbitrary curve to move.
5. The diameter of the laser welding point is adjustable, and the laser welding has high precision and high accuracy.
6. The machine can weld narrow place, deep cavity repair welding, will not hurt the surrounding wall. It will not deform the mold product or sink around the weld pool. Make up for the shortcomings of traditional argon arc welding, cold welding in the repair of the fine surface of the welding, oxidation efficiency is low, the work does not change color.
