Yes. OEM is available based on the MOQ for the corresponding models.
2. What is the production and delivery time?
In general, it takes about 45-75 days to get an order ready for a 40' HQ container. But it may take some extra time, according to the actual quantity and complexity of your order details. For example, if your order is covering some details specially developed for you, the delivery time may be longer.
3. How could I get a sample?
Yes. If you can not buy our product in your local area we will ship a sample to you. You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.

1. How about XNT's production control?
We have passed ISO9001 system certification and BSCI factory inspection.
2. What kind of warranty do you provide with your products?
We supply 1% FREE easy-damaged spare parts based on electric bikes container orders. Should you have problems due to a part defect, please email us with pictures to see the problem. If we find the part is defective we will send the appropriate parts to you via Air Express. It is suggested to buy parts also to have stock for future customer service, If you have any problem with after-sale service, please contact us.
4. May I visit your factory?
We always welcome customers to our factory. We are 40 minutes to Taizhou Station, and 30 mins to Taizhou airport. We will pick you up from the airport to our factory. Before your trip, please email us first.
5. Do XNT models conform to any European and USA regulations?
Yes. We have achieved CE certificates by SGS and TUV, and EN15194 for e-bikes. Some models are also with the UL test report.
6. Do you accept distributorship or sole agency?
