1. Reputation & Trust
All our products come with 1 year warranty. With some products, we include exclusive extended warranties. Should the kitchen appliances you purchase is within the warranty coverage, we will supply spare parts for free.
Should we not find a solution to your needs within our office database of over 200 products, we can custom build to suit your requirements.
Q1: Can we offer sample order?
Sure, we will charge the sample fee and return it when you place the official order.
Q2: What's the delivery time of sample order?
Usually 7~10 days for normal-designed models.
Q3: What is the MOQ of your products?
The MOQ of our products is 1000 pcs for one model one size.
Q4: I'd like to know your Payment term.
Basically, the payment term is: T/T 30% as the deposit, and T/T 70% balance paid before loading.
Or any other payment term could also be negotiable.
Q5: What's the lead time of the official order?
30~45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based on normal conditions.
Q6: I'd like to mix several models in one container. May I ?
Certainly you can. We have to point out that you can select two~three models in one container (1X40HQ).
Q7: We'd like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it ?
We provide OEM service which including logo printing, gift box design, and carton design.
Q8: Shall we pay Extral cost for OEM service?
The OEM service is free of charge for logo printing at the MOQ of 1000pcs. But it may have an extra cost for your other customized requirements.
