1.It is oil-paper insulation structure.The main insulation is wound by high voltage cable paper,and is placed several capacitor screen of voltage division in the primaryinsulation,which can improve electric field distributing and decrease the consumption of insulation material,immersed with transformer oil after desiccating under vacuum.It has advantages of stable and reliable performance of insulation, rich operated experience,long service time.
2. Perfect fluidity performance of transformer oil is good for heat dissipation, it also has self recover ability for the failure of partial discharge caused by air bubble and dust.
3. Hermetically sealed stainless steel metallic bellows is installed on the top,which protect the transformer oil from moisture and extend the lifetime,also there is a oil level gauge on the bellows for observing the changing of oil volume.
4.There is a multi function oil drain valve on the base,which make it more convenient for oil sampling,draining.
5. The current ratio can be adjusted easily by changing the connecting plate to series or parallel connection.
6. All adopted insulation parts are environmental protection materials.
7.Secondary terminal board is made of epoxy casting,the sealing performance is more reliable.
8.The base uses spray painting or hot galvanizing,which gives a high degree of
corrosion resistance.
9. Fasteners and nameplate are stainless steel.
