Warranty Policy

The warranty periods commence on the invoice date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only against defects discovered within the warranty periods and extends only to the original purchase of the product. Parts repaired or replaced under the term of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period only. 
 

* Frame is defined as the welded metal base of the unit and does not include removable parts.

This warranty shall NOT apply to the following:
1. Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as outlined in the owner's manual.
2. The equipment misses a serial number or with a serial number tag that has been altered or removed.
3. Human mistake, collision, does not follow the usage instructions, or misuse(we may charge the parts fee).
