operational principle
This machine consists of two main parts: a mold forming system and a tray chain conveying system, which are respectively driven by a speed regulating motor, and the production speed can be adjusted.The forming system is equipped with feeding rollers, mold rollers, and rubber rollers. The prepared fabric is placed in the hopper and compressed into peach pastry billets through the feeding rollers and mold rollers. Then, the billets are transported to the baking tray by a canvas belt dragged by the rubber rollers.The tray chain is driven by a speed regulating motor, and the distance between the peach pastry billets on the flat plate can be determined according to production needs. In addition, the machine is equipped with multiple adjustment mechanisms in terms of structure: canvas tension and deviation adjustment mechanism, left and right and up and down adjustment mechanism of the dividing knife, canvas adhesive cleaning and scraping mechanism, feeding gap adjustment mechanism, etc.This machine is designed reasonably, safe and reliable to use, and is an ideal machine for producing peach pastry food.
