1. Specify SCHINEIDER control system for whole machine, including main motor invertor, servomotor, man-machine touch screen.
Pick density controlled by servo motor for convenient adjustment, no need to change gears. Servo motor for beating up to avoid gear abrasion. Manmachine touch screen provide rich information, convenient for operation.
2. Cutting knife and pile height are controlled by pneumatic components for easy maintenance.
3. New type jacquard device installation form can reduce plant height requirements, easy to transport.
