Product Description
Lencolo 1104 is a high-molecular copolymer containing pigment-affinity groups. The high-molecular-weight additives deflocculate the pigment through steric hindrance. They provide the same charge to differently charged pigments, thus avoiding possible co-flocculation of the pigments. Due to the small size of the deflocculated pigment particles, it can obtain high gloss and improved color strength, transparency and hiding power, reduce viscosity, improve leveling and increase the amount of pigment used.

With low polarity, it is mainly used in the production of various solvent-based paints and pigment concentrates. It has good miscibility with various base materials, and is suitable for grinding pastes of various solvent-based systems.

Architectural coatings, industrial coatings, wood coatings, automotive coatings, refinish coatings, coil coatings, pigment concentrates.
Usage
Addition amount:
p-titanium dioxide 3-4% Carbon black 60-70%
Inorganic pigment 12-15% Organic pigment 20~35%
