3. Summary:
G. M. K LDH series Double Planetary Mixer with Disperser is combined the theories of traditional double planetary mixer and high speed dispersing mixer, to be an all-round new machine, it has been widely used in many fields at present.

As per the character of power battery - high solid content and high viscosity, based on the traditional planetary & dispersing power mixer, we developed new reinforced one with higher rotation speed and bigger torque. During the design, we fully consider the factors such as rotation speed of stirrers, mixing power, dispersion linear speed, suspending grade, liquid flow pattern and distribution of turbulence intensity inside of vessel, the highest dispersion speed is up to 25m/s, reinforced twist stirrer can deal with any high viscosity battery paste. A new mixing way- - The revolution of twist stirrer is clockwise, , the rotation of twist stirrer is anticlockwise, ensure the mixing without dead point and climbing problem. Three sets of mechanical seal together with soft & silence sealing to ensure vacuum degree, sealing is improved 30% in theory. Pt100 temperature measurement sensor can contact with material directly, temperature measurement is more accurate, response is more faster, error is only between ± 0.5° C.
