We guarantee that all products are brand new and in their original packaging, unless explicitly marked as repackaged, damaged, refurbished, rebuilt, or dismantled.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, we cannot cancel the order or modify product models. Please verify all part numbers and requirements before placing your order.
Inventory and Lead Time
Due to frequent inventory changes, items in stock can be reserved once the bank payment slip is received. For non-stock items, orders will be placed immediately after receiving the deposit confirmation. Any changes to lead time will be communicated promptly.
Part Numbers
Part numbers may be updated or revised by the official manufacturer. We guarantee that the delivered products will match the specifications and functionality of the ordered items. If part numbers change, we will notify you immediately.
Packaging
The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one unit. If the ordered quantity does not meet the factory's minimum packaging unit, the original packaging may be opened, or alternative transparent packaging may be used. We will ensure that all part numbers are clearly identifiable through labeling or marking. Disputes arising from non-original factory packaging will not be accepted in such cases.
Customs Clearance
To ensure smooth customs clearance, please inform us in advance if your customs authority has specific requirements for HS codes.
Freight Charges
Shipping charges are based on fees collected by the official manufacturer, logistics partners, or warehouses. We support prepayment of freight, with costs settled on an actual basis.
Delivery and Inspection
If the customer opts to pick up the goods using their own agent, it will be deemed that the goods have been received and inspected as satisfactory. Any subsequent claims for missing or damaged items will not be accepted after delivery to another destination.
For items received, please inspect the products immediately upon delivery. Any quality issues must be reported immediately with supporting photos or videos for claims.
Due to the unique one-time sealing and secure packaging of parts, the packaging cannot be resealed once opened. We verify the package count against the packing list upon receipt from the factory but do not inspect the contents. Any missing items must be reported at the time of delivery, with photos and videos as proof, for claims.
Warranty and Payment Terms
Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (where applicable). Warranty periods and policies are determined by the official manufacturer. Misuse, human-induced damage, or other non-quality issues are not covered under warranty.
Please ensure that payment amounts include all banking fees. All import taxes, customs duties, and other expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
Pricing Adjustments
In the event of sudden price changes by the manufacturer, the final price will be based on the deposit payment date. No further notification will be provided.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, changes in government policies). However, we will make every effort to coordinate and resolve any problems.
Repair Services
We have repair facilities in China, staffed by a team of professional engineers capable of servicing most brands of engines and parts. Repair-related expenses, including shipping fees, will be borne by the customer.
