1.what is steel grating ?( galvanized grating size ) -- Steel grating is made by bearing bar and cross bar according to the flat-steel weft arrangement, in high-pressure spacing on resistance welder welded by cutting, incision, opening, overlock process such as processing and into customer requirements finished products.
how to calculate the galvanized grating weight?
Galvanized grating weight consist of bearing bar weight and cross bar weight.
Bearing bar weight =bearing bar pcs quanity: (width of grating/bearing bar pitch)+1 *weight of each pcs:length of bearing bar*height*thickness*density of steel
cross bar weight=cross bar pcs quantity*weight of each pcs: diameter square *density of steel
