Overview:
Polyester EPS Foam Insulation panels
Laminate : top quality high gloss polyester, with pigmented gel coat
polyester 1.5mm or 2.0 mm -Hengyi (high gloss) or Matte (Satin) finish
4 different glassfibre reinforcements :
Core : EPS foam
Wide range of available inserts :
wooden laths, plates, surrounding beams - aluminum laths, plates tubes - steel laths, plates, tubes - PUHD inserts -
PVC tubes - reinforcements for cooling units, meat hanging ... Hengyi FRP EPS panels also enable interlaminary
Z-shaped glass fiber reinforced polyester reinforcements for an enhanced rigidity of the panel
3- layer bonded polyester laminate insulation panel
Hengyi Sandwich panels can boast an excellent thermal insulation and result in aesthetical insulated constructions
