A: PIs advise the below details to our sales,will propose suitable pallets for your option:
1.Pallet size, Length-Width-Height
2.Pallet use,one way shipping OR warehouse stacking use OR warehouse racking
3.Palelt load capacity,dynamic load,static load, racking load ?
2.Q: Do you have any certificate or test report ?
A: Our Factory have IS09001,IS014001 ,product SGS,FDA test.
3.Q: Do you make virgin plastic or recycled plastic pallet?
A: For repeatedly use then better use the virgin plastic pallet; For one way shipping recycled plastic pallet is ok.
4.Q: Whats the warranty ?
A: Warranty three years: first year 1 broken replace 1 new, Second year 2 broken replace 1 new, third year 3 broken replace 1 new.
5.Q: Can you print logo on pallet?
A: Yes, can choose both silk printing or embossing logo as below pic.
6.Q: Whats the lead time ?
A: Lead time 15 days once 50% deposit confirmed and productivity 400 pcs a day.
