1. How could I get a sample? Before we received the first order, please afford the sample cost and express fee. We will return
the sample cost back to you within your first order.
2. Sample time?
The existing sample is about 3-5 days.The customized sample is about 7-15 days.
3. Can you support the customization service?
Of course, the customized service would be supported including the color,your logo or your design sketch.
4. How to guarantee the quality of your products?
a)Strict detection during production.
b) Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging ensured.
5.What's your MOQ ?
Backpack(big bag):500pcs per style for each color. Small bag:1000pcs per style for each color.
6. What's the payment?
Usually we do T/T, we can also accept L/C, Trade Assurance and Western Union. Sample need full payment;
For bulk order, we accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
7. Where's your port?
Xiamen is our main port,but if you need the other ports to ship your goods,
it's OK for us to ship the goods for you.
8. What's your packing?
We usually put one bag into a polybag,several polybags into a carton.
If you have any other requirements,we can also packing as your required.
