A: Yes, we do provide samples, but not for free, we will refund when you make large orders later.

A: Yes, customized order is highly welcomed, we have professional OEM&ODM services.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A : We accept T/T, our normal payment term is 30days , with 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipment.
Q: Can we select shipping agent on our own?
A: Of course you can. We do know some great forwanders. We're very happy to recommend you a few if you need.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, 15-25 days after confirmation of order, but the extra time is according to your quantity.
