Tubes are associated with risks of bursting if they operate under extreme conditions such as high temperatures (>60ºC) or corrosive fluids (including strong acids, alkalis or solvents). High temperatures (>60ºC) can soften the tube material and reduce its burst pressure capacity. Moreover, chemical gases in the air may accelerate aging and cracking of the tube. Please refrain from placing tubes in humid environments or storing them for extended periods (>12 months) as it results in cracking due to hydrolysis effects.
