Indications:
Lincomycin hydrochloride is used for respiratory infections, skin and soft tissue infections, female genital tract infections, pelvic infections and abdominal infections caused by sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobic bacteria, and the latter two diseases. This product can be used alone or in combination with other antibacterial agents. In addition, patients with penicillin indications, such as patients with allergic to penicillin or not suitable for penicillin, this product can be used as an alternative medicine.
Function and use editing
This product is a narrow-spectrum antibiotic, similar to erythromycin, has a good effect on Gram-positive cocci, especially for anaerobic bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and pneumococci. Its mechanism of action is similar to that of erythromycin, and it is a bacteriostatic agent. It mainly inhibits the synthesis of bacterial cell proteins. It is mainly used for various infections caused by sensitive bacteria, such as pneumonia, meningitis, endocarditis, cellulitis, tonsillitis, erysipelas, sputum and urinary tract infections. Because this product can enter the bone tissue and has special affinity with bone, it is especially suitable for infection caused by anaerobic bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus.
