Lipstick Molds
The lipstick mold is used for shape the lipstick, it connect with lipstick filling machine and lipstick cooling machine. It is cheap and easy to use.
Firstly, filling hot melt lipstick liquid into molds.Secondly, putting the molds into cooling tunnel.
Thirdly, demoulding the stick and assembling with shell.
Features:
1.Lipstick molds are all custom-made and not in stock.
2.The lipstick molds in our factory are made of aluminum, which is durable.
3. Lipstick mold quotation is based on the shape or size, picture or file provided by the customer.
4. Lipstick mold hole number: 6, 8, 12, 48, 72, 96, 100 holes, usually 12 holes.
5. The proofing time for a 12-hole lipstick mold is generally 7 days, and the proofing time for a 48/72/96/100-hole mold is generally 15 days.
6. The aperture of lipstick mold is generally 12.1MM (11.8/12.7 is less commonly used)
7. Lipstick molds can be made with the LOGO required by customers. The price depends on the shape and size. Please consult.
