CHAUDI stainless pressure gauge are widely used for measuring the pressure of various fluid media with high corrosion proof and high temperature resistance in industries such as petroleum,chemcial,filber,power station,food.The meter is made of direct contact joint and pressure sensing element materials, icr18ni9t, ocr18ni12mo2ti and SUS316, and the structure is fully sealed.
Structure Principle
The stainless steel pressure gauge is composed of pressure guiding system (including joint, spring tube, current limiting screw, etc.), gear transmission mechanism, pointer and dial and shell (including case, cover, glass, etc.).
Through the elastic deformation of stainless steel sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows) in the gauge, the elastic deformation is transmitted to the pointer by the conversion mechanism of the movement in the gauge, which causes the pointer to rotate to display the pressure.
For the instrument filled with liquid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) in the shell, it can resist the severe vibration of working environment and reduce the impact of medium pressure pulsation.
