Liquid Metal Immersion Molten Steel Sampler of Tundish

Molten steel samplers  is used for obtaining sample of molten steel to get chemical analysis.It`s available to suit all furnace, ladle and certain tundish applications

Molten iron sampler is used for obtaining sample of molten iron to get chemical analysis.It's available to suit  desulfurization, flow backward station.

Samples are available for spectral analysis and other analysis. To obtain  the data  of the required composition,control adjustment and composition in steelmaking, ironmaking process.

Type

1.According to whether the deoxidant is added in sampler,immersion molten steel sampler can be classified as deoxidant kind and without deoxidant kind.

 2.According to shape of sampler cup,immersion molten steel sampler can be classified as round sample, oval sample,dual thickness immerse sampler tips

For remove the steel sample,iron sample quickly  for spectral analysis,it's characteristics is simple structure and convenient application

 Usage:

1. Insert the sampler for measuring gun;

2. When measuring the inserted steel (iron) water depth of 350 mm to 400 mm, molten steel sampling time 4 ~ 6 s, molten iron sample time is 3 ~ 5 s;

3. The sampler from steel (iron) in the water, cooling, after moving lightly on the ground, the sample will fall to the ground.
