Sampling Process:
1. Before sampling, please operator connect the sampler with ground by anti-static sampling rope to eliminate static electricity. Then laying sampler down slowly
2. When the bottom of sampler reachs to the medium surface, continuing to lay, check-vavle will open. Right now, begin to collect sample from the bottom port until sample in the sampler is level with outside.
3. In the process of arrived at designated depth of oil tank, sample in the sampler constants displacement. All this time,medium is full.
4. The Ball Check Sampler has a simple, positive sealing mechanism which acts as a check-valve and prevent the sample from leaving the sampler during rasing operations, then operator sent it to the other containers. Sampling process is finished.
