Operation suggestions:
1.Printing high density silicone ink:Add 10%-20% silicone thinner and 3% silicone fixer to the high density silicone ink then stir well and printing 5-6 times for base. Dry the surface at 80-90ºC.
2.Toning the high density silicone ink: Add 5%-8% silicone color paste (silicone white paste 10-15%), 10%-20% silicone thinner and 3% silicone fixer then stir well and printing 2-3 times.
3.Printing the surface:Printing the shiny silicone ink if need glossy effect(printing the matt silicone ink if need matt effect).Add 10% silicone thinner and 3% silicone fixer then stir well and printing 1-2 times.Dry surface at 80-90ºC.
4.After finishing all the printing,100-120ºC baking 3-5 minutes.
Attentions:
1.Keep the surface flat before baking.
2.Baking time is based on the size of pattern,in general need to bake 3 minutes about small LOGO,if the pattern is big,baking it for more time according to the condition.
3.To add the fixer by weighing it.
4.If use the musket for baking, the musket should keep a certain distance with the table, in case of the temperature is too high.
