Description
The coated liquid silicone rubber is composed of three products, IOTA-2271 is the surface layer, with excellent release effect; IOTA-2440-1 is the intermediate layer, providing better strength and flexibility for the product; IOTA-2430-1 is the bottom layer, which has a certain adhesion with the cloth.
Note: 1. Curing condition: first vulcanization at 130 ºC for 5 minutes.

Usage
1.Mixing ratio: 1:1 weight mixing and remove the air bubble.
2.Curing Condition: coated liquid silicone rubber under high temperature, it will cure quickly. The curing time depends on the thickness and curing temperature used.
3.Operation time:After mixing components A and B, the validity period of the mixture at 25 ° C is 48 hours.
Clean
Most hydrocarbon solvents can remove uncured silicon. Polar solvents, such as ketone and ethanol, cannot be removed.
Packing and storage
1) Package: 20kg / barrel, 200kg /Iron barrel.
2) Store at room temperature under 32°C to avoid exposure to rain and sunlight.
3) Shelf life:9 months, preferably within 6 months.
