A: Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's special request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.
Q2. What are your terms to be your agent/dealer in my country?
A: We have a few basic requirements, firstly you shall be in electric vehicle business for some time; secondly, you shall have the capability to provide after service to your customers; thirdly, you shall have the capability to order and sell reasonable volume of electric vehicles.
Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack out goods in containers by iron frame. If you have special requirement we can follow.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: It takes about 30 days after receiving your advance payment.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
