Lithium chloride is an inorganic substance with a molecular formula LiCl and a molecular weight of 42.39. It is a white crystal with deliviousness. Salty, soluble in water, ethanol,
and other organic solvents. It is of low toxicity, but has strong irritation and corrosion effect on eyes and mucous membranes.
Lithium chloride is mainly used in the field of air conditioning, as a flux, desiccant, chemical reagents, and used in fireworks, dry batteries and lithiummetal, etc.
metal can be prepared by electrolysis of LiCl/KCl mixed molten salt at 600 °C. The industrial metal lithium is produced in this way. Lithium chloride is also used as a dehumidifier in air conditioning systems, as a good flux in electrolysis of metals or in powder preparation (such as titanium and aluminum production), as an RNA precipitator [5] and as an additive in the Stille reaction.

Storage and transportation: Packaging should be complete, should be safe loading. During transport, to ensure that the container does not leak, did not fall, do not fall, no damage. Strictly prohibited to mix with and oxidants and food chemicals . Transit should avoid exposure, rain, high temperature. After transportation, the vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned.
