Prismatic lithium battery automatic assembly line
It is mainly used for cylindrical lithium battery automatic puting of the bottom insulator , battery core detection, putting battery core in the cases, automatic welding bottom, automatic puting top surface insulator, automatic grooving and coating, automatic laser welding caps, and welded caps , placed in the box.
Features:
1. Automatic double-station into the shell and putting of the bottom insulator: CCD defective product detection.
2. Automatic point bottom welding and adding the top surface mat, automatic toting needle.
3. Automatic grooving and coating oil , effectively prevent the swell after the grooving, can be added to the groove cleaning function.
4. Automatic laser welding cap , welding cap collect automatic.
5. The welded caps can be placed in box automatic.
