PVC Tent Fabric is a kind of PVC Coated Fabric produce by semi-coated machine with high strength scrim reinforced. Scrim is warp knitted fabric or woven fabric which can be made out of fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination. PVC Tent Fabric is the most popular material that used by many people around the world. We have excellent quality tent fabric in different weight ,color and pattern. Many tents will be made from cotton canvas but will have a heavy duty PVC coated fabric on the roof to make them strong and water proof, some tents will be made from PVC coated fabric totally. Another important feature for tent fabric is blackout, our fabric can add extra blackout layer in the middle of the fabric to ensure 100% dark effect.
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric have certain properties such as air tightness, water proof, flame retardant, mildew resistant, abrasion resistant. Livite can produce this PVC tent fabric in regular weight 650g/750g/850g, also can customize .The material is rolled onto a cardboard core and then protect by a layer of kraft paper .The width of PVC Tent Fabric is from 1.02 m up to 3.2m. Color can be customized according to customers' requirement. Different embossing roller can give the fabric different surface style, for example: glossy, matte, or embossed pattern. We can produce many kinds of PVC laminated fabric and PVC coated fabric , for its good flexibility, excellent tensile strength and tear strength we can develop all kinds of durable PVC fabrics for different applications.
