A: Yes, we have own factory and have been in providing professional solutions in LED Lighting over 13 years since 2007.
Q2. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A: 1) Generally 5-7 working days for sample making.
2) The delivery time of mass production will depend on quality, production craftwork, ect. Commonly it lasts 10-15 working days.
Q4: How do you ship the finished production?
A: 1) By sea
2) By plane
3) By DHL,FEDEX,UPS,etc.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem to the lights. Secondly, ROMANSO will replace or repair defective products within 5 years warranty upon our approved inspection of the returned products.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
