Certainly! We offer free samples for quality assessment. However, shipping costs via DHL are the responsibility of the customer.

For stocked items, we expedite delivery within 12-24 hours post-payment. For custom products, delivery is arranged within 7-20 days post-payment.
Q3. How do you ensure the quality of the frames?
Our expert Quality Control department conducts three rigorous tests before mass production. Each frame is also individually inspected prior to packaging.
Q4. What should we do if the cargo is damaged?
a. Report any quality issues within 15 days of receipt.
