Product Description
This Slicing machine is used to make sliced veneer of rare&high valued wood species, which have good grain and colour, really suitable for surface coating. The veneers can be widely used in door making, panel furniture, surface of plywood and surface of MDF/partical board etc. Compared with frame saw and horizontal bandsaw, it save wood by 30%-50%.With the popularity of artificial boards and booming furniture industry, sliced veneers are playing a more important role in the market.
The production process is: Veneer slicer--veneer dryer--veneer guillotine.
Machine Features
1. About 25 pcs of veneers per minute (based on 2 meter wood and cycle feeding system) .
2. Cutting thickness shown in number, it can be as accurate as 0.01mm .
3. Working table lifting controlled manually and automatically.
4. Equipped with wireless foot switch
5. Veneer output can be indicated by a counter
6. Automatic feeding speed can be adjusted by PLC
7. Veneer thickness can be from 0.5mm to 8mm according to wood harness
8. Veneer thickness error falls in ±0.05mm
