S17600 stainless steel is a precipitation-hardening stainless steel formulated for primary forming into wrought products. S17600 is the UNS number for this material. Alloy 635 is the common industry name.

600 Series Stainless 635 Applications
S35000 is typically used in applications below 1000°F where a combination of strength and good corrosion resistance is required.
