Packing :
CAPSTAN: Steel ZG45~55, hardness alloy tungsten carbide is spraying-painted on working surface, with
HRC60, lifetime>=26000hours.
DIE BOX : Welding part is adopted for die box, the spraying-painted tungsten carbide is adopted for the
surface of guide wheel and guide roller. The die box is divided into lub. powder cavity and water cooling cavity (water flowing automatically for cooling)
TUNER ROLLER: Tuner Roll Control at each block Die Box will be provided through pneumatic cylinder to sense the variation of wire flow and send the signal to the control drives to monitor smooth flow of wire without breakage.A pressure regulator for adjustment of back pull to next block will be provided.Tuner Roll will have analogue proximity sensor to give feed back of its position to the drive.
DRIVE MODE: Gear box.The gear is made of the hard surface 20CrMnTi. The noise is less than 78db.
BRAKE: Pneumatic Disc Brakes will be provided for immediate stoppage of the machines.
WIRE BREAK SENSOR: Wire Break Sensor will be provided on all the blocks.Lanbao brand
WATER COOLING UNIT: Incoming & Outgoing Water Pipe Line Assly. will be provided on the machines with necessary valves & fittings with pressure switch &temp. controller.Separate inlet pipe line for drum water cooling & die water cooling will be provided with ON / OFF Solenoid Valves to control water start/ stop time automatically.
