Introduction of the product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. consists of a regenerative chamber, an oxidation chamber, a fan, etc. It efficiently reduces heat emissions during exhaust gas treatment, maintaining a high thermal efficiency of about 98%. The equipment is safe, reliable, easy to operate and maintain, with low operating costs and a high VOCs removal rate.

Operational principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber, then heated to approximately 800 ºC for VOCs oxidation in the oxidation chamber. The oxidized gas undergoes heat treatment before discharge from the RTO system.

Processing objects:

RTO is suitable for various chemical plants, treating exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is ideal for large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing capacity:

5000-100000Nm3/h, with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
