The offline inspection machine series can directly contribute to improve line productivity with shorter tact time.
By employing telecentric lens optical system, BF-Comet series and BF-Sirius provide accurate and stable inspection results. They correct brightness of the complete sample and compensate position aberration in real time while image is scanned, which assures stability and repeatability of inspection results in the same quality level as inline machines. A variety of algorithms and lighting types are available to deal with a wide range of inspection requirements in the industry.
