Monoblock washing-filling-capping
Monoblock means the filling machine integrates washing machine, filling machine and capping machine in one frame. The driving system will be transmitted step by step which makes the speed more stable.
The Monoblock filling machine will be made basing on:
1, the production capacity per hour
2, bottle type: plastic bottle, glass bottle or another
3, cap type: plastic screw cap, aluminum screw cap or another
Washing part
The stainless steel grasp will hold the plastic bottle neck and turn 90 degree. There are two steps in this part, one for washing and one for dripping before entering to filling station.
Filling machine
Adopt gravity filling method. There is an air return pipe inside the filling valve to control the filling level; Such filling method is the easiest way of filling machine.
Capping machine
This is the new design of the capping part. The capping part is the whole system and running more stable which our engineer apply the patent. The bushed inside the cam is adopted IGUS brand which can freely maintain. The caps will be reverse in advance before capping tightly.
