"Low-Friction Double-Acting PTFE+Bronze Step Piston Ring Seal" Introduction:
Rod Step Hydraulic PTFE Seals are usually composed of a rubber o-ring and a PTFE ring. The o-ring is the force component, providing sufficient sealing force and compensating for ptfe ring. Step Seals are suitable for hydraulic cylinder piston rod sealing. It is a single-acting seal, which is divided into the piston seal and the piston rod seal. Hydraulic Step PTFE Seal has the advantages of low friction, no moving, small starting force, high pressure resistant and simple groove structure. At present, the latest model of Step Seal is 2K type, and the material is composed of tekang sealing ring and o-ring (NBR rubber or FKM rubber).
